(Bond Counsel), located at 101 North Monroe Street, Suite 900, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 and KNOWLES & RANDOLPH, P.A. (Bond Counsel), located at 3065 Highland Oaks Terrace, Tallahassee, Florida, 32301. Upon execution by both parties, this Contract shall become effective as of the date the last party signs (Effective Date).
