This Traffic Exchange Agreement (“Agreement”), is by and between CenturyTel of Eastern Oregon, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink, CenturyTel of Oregon, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink, Oregon ILECs (together, “CenturyLink”), and BendTel, Inc., an Oregon CLEC (“BendTel”). CenturyLink and BendTel are being referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.” This Agreement covers services in the State of Oregon only (the “State”).
