THIS AGREEMENT is executed as of April 6, 2022, and effective as of May 1, 2022, by and among Lord Abbett Series Fund, Inc. an open-end management investment company organized as a Maryland corporation (the “Fund”), on its behalf and on behalf of each separate investment series thereof, whether existing as of the date above or established subsequent thereto, (each a “Portfolio” and collectively, the “Portfolios”), Lord Abbett Distributor LLC, a broker-dealer registered as such under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Underwriter”), and RIVERSOURCE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a life insurance company organized under the laws of the state of Minnesota (the “Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each separate account of the Company currently in existence or hereinafter created, as set forth on Schedule A hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each account hereinafter referred to individually as an “Account” and collectively as the “Accounts”).
