By signing this agreement, I affirm that I have read and understand the Summit County Democratic Party’s Votebuilder Access Policy (the “VAP”), attached to and made part of this agreement. I have been given the opportunity to ask questions concerning the VAP, my questions have been answered, and I hereby enter into this agreement in good faith. I understand that this agreement is my application for Votebuilder access in Summit County, and that if my application is approved, I will be bound by its terms and will need to pay the fee required of me, as set forth in the VAP, to have my access granted. Should I be found to be abusing my access or otherwise violating the VAP, I understand that I am liable to have my Votebuilder access terminated immediately and without warning. I understand that there will be no refund of my access fee if my access is terminated for a violation of the VAP.
