Your Safety. We will ensure that the Bike is in a safe and road-worthy condition when We provide it to You. However, it is important that You ensure the Bike is safe and roadworthy each time before You use it, and You agree to maintain the Bike (including brake pads, tyres and inner tubes) at Your own cost. You accept that cycling on a public road carries its own risks and You have hired the Bike on this basis. You also agree to comply with all relevant road safety rules when using the Bike. We strongly recommend You consider cycle safety training prior to riding the Bike on public roads, and wear a helmet when riding. After the first 31 days, you will also be able to access and use all other Clubs (see clause 2). Membership Transfer and Assignment of this Agreement: As a broad rule, if you use another Club more than our Club, (using the criteria set out in this Agreement) your Membership and this Agreement will be transferred from our Club to the Club you visit the most. If this happens, the Fees, including your Membership Fees, may change (see clause 8).
Your Safety. 6.1 Our Surge Trainers and staff are not medically trained or qualified and we strongly recommend that you take independent medical advice before entering into the Agreement and/or receiving the Services.

  • JOB SAFETY 13.1 It shall be the policy of the Employer that the safety of employees, the protection of work areas, the adequate training in necessary safety practices, and the prevention of accidents are a continuing and integral part of its everyday responsibilities.

  • Health and Safety Standards Contractor shall abide by all health and safety standards set forth by the State of California and/or the County of Xxxxxx pursuant to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If applicable, Contractor must receive all health and safety information and training from County.

  • Child Safety Never leave a child unsupervised near a pool, not even for a second. During social gatherings at or near the pool, appoint a designated adult to protect young children from pool accidents. Children must be watched closely while swimming. Do not use floatation devices as a substitute for supervision. Toys can entice young children into the pool area. When not in use, clear the pool area of all toys.

  • Health & Safety (a) The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety and health in the Home, in order to prevent injury and illness and abide by the Occupational Health and Safety Act as amended from time to time.

  • Employee Health and Safety A. When the University requires an employee to use or wear health or safety equipment, such equipment will be provided by the University.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY C8.1 The Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of the Contract. The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of the Contract.

  • Work Health and Safety (a) The employer and employee acknowledge their responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012.

  • Health and Safety Training Regular employees and auxiliary employees in posted positions shall participate in a Health and Safety Training session once in a calendar year. The training program offered by the Employer must be approved by the joint Health and Safety Committee prior to such training commencing. Training will be provided during normal work hours and employees shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits.

  • Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

  • ATM Safety It is important to be aware of your surroundings when using an ATM, especially at night. When you are using an ATM, you should secure any cash you withdraw before leaving the ATM.
