Your End Users. You shall require your End Users to comply with (and not knowingly enable them to violate) applicable laws, regulations, and the APIs Agreements.

Your End Users. You control access to the Services by Your End-Users, and You are responsible for their use of the Services in compliance with this Agreement. Each End-User account must be associated with an individual identified by name and a valid email address, and the End-User log-in credentials and private keys are to be kept private and are for individual use only. You are responsible for Your End-Users’ use of Your Content, Personal Data, and the Services, and for all acts or omissions that occur under any of Your End-User accounts. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to any of Your End-User accounts.
Your End Users. If you offer your application for use by others outside of your entity, you must maintain a user agreement and a legally compliant privacy policy for your application that is prominently identified or located where users download or access your application. You must immediately notify us in writing of any breach of your user agreement or privacy policy that impacts, or may impact, customers or users of Sendoso’s products or services. You will require your end users to comply with (and not knowingly enable them to violate) applicable law, regulation, and the Terms.
Your End Users acts and omissions are taken to be your acts and omissions and you agree to indemnify us for any loss that we may suffer as a result of you or your End Users failing to comply with the terms of this Master Agreement and any applicable XXXX.

Related to Your End Users

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Users Licensee is responsible for each User’s compliance with this XXXX. Licensee will ensure that all use of the Software by Users is in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.

  • End User An “End User” is you, an individual or entity, which receives the Models from Licensee or Authorized Licensee User pursuant to this End User Agreement to use in the regular course of your affairs, but not for resale, modification, distribution or exploitation by third parties without AnyLogic’s prior written consent.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

Position specific competencies: ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Education and Qualifications (or equivalent level of learning) • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. • Hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate. • Competent Professional Development and Recognition Programme (PDRP) profile/portfolio or equivalent. Experience • One years’ post graduate (Nurse Entry to Practice or equivalent) experience, or be undertaking this currently. • Please refer to area specific person specification if applicable. • Experience in an equivalent clinical setting to which you are being employed into. Knowledge and Skills • Advanced communication techniques such as conflict resolution, diffusion and mediation skills. • Demonstrate professional accountability within scope of practice.

  • Third Party Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld, to allow one or more third parties to use the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, or any part thereof, Developer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Attachment Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Attachment Facilities by Connecting Transmission Owner, all third party users, and Developer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Attachment Facilities, will be allocated between Developer and any third party users based upon the pro rata use of the Attachment Facilities by Connecting Transmission Owner, all third party users, and Developer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to FERC for resolution.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • Hyperlinks 12.1 You must not link to any material using or by means of the Services that would, if it were made available through the Services, breach the provisions of this Policy.

  • Other Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.
