Xxxx Security. The Provider agrees to employ administrative, physical, and technical safeguards consistent with industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use or acquisition by an unauthorized person, including when transmitting and storing such information. Xxxx Security. While providing services at a DSHS location, the Contractor, its agents, employees, or Subcontractors shall conform in all respects with physical, fire, or other security regulations specific to the DSHS location.

The Provider agrees to abide by and maintain adequate data security measures, consistent with industry standards and technology best practices, to protect Student Data from unauthorized disclosure or acquisition by an unauthorized person. Xxxx Security. While on Purchaser’s premises, Vendor, its agents, employees, or Subcontractors shall conform in all respects with physical, fire, or other security regulations.
Xxxx Security a. It is the intent of this article to provide for payroll deductions of XXXX members to be deducted from their warrants insofar as permitted by law. The County agrees to deduct and transmit to the XXXX all authorized deductions from all XXXX members within the foregoing unit who have signed an approved authorization card or cards for such deductions in a form agreed upon by the County and XXXX. In the event the County misses one (1) or more dues deductions in a payroll period, due to no fault on the part of XXXX, the County will correct the error in the next biweekly pay period if notified by XXXX in writing within five (5) workdays of the initial transmittal to XXXX.

While on Department premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall conform in all respects to site security requirements relative to custody of Individuals and security operations, including but not limited to, background check, fingerprinting, photographs for identification, physical safety, fire, and security policies or regulations.
Xxxx Security. Contractor agrees to protect and maintain the security of data with protection security measures that include maintaining secure environments that are patched with all appropriate security updates as designated by a relevant
Xxxx Security. Most of our sites are commercial sites and therefore quite secure; but this team will evaluate each site as we gain access and make security recommendations.
Xxxx Security. 7.1[ORGANISATION] shall implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, having regard to the state of the art, to protect the Data held on behalf of [ORGANISATION] under this Agreement from unauthorised access and/or disclosure. Data Contributor acknowledges and agrees that these obligations may be fulfilled through a separate agreement with a Processor.
Xxxx Security. All PII provided by THE PARTNER shall be stored on a secure environment consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Access to PII within THE PARTNER’S Data shall be limited to the specified representatives with legitimate interests specifically in the personally identifiable information, consistent with the stated purpose of this Agreement. It is specifically agreed and understood that personally identifiable information shall be removed from any data provided to any other parties, employees, agents, or representatives, except for individuals identified in this Agreement to fulfill the purpose of this Agreement.
