Waiver of Right to Jury. Both the Company and Executive understands that by using arbitration to resolve disputes they are giving up any right that they may have to a judge or jury trial with regard to all issues concerning employment or otherwise covered by this Section 8.
Waiver of Right to Jury. EXECUTIVE AND THE COMPANY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES AND CLAIMS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE INSTEAD OF A TRIAL BEFORE A COURT OR JURY OR A HEARING BEFORE A GOVERNMENT AGENCY.

WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY RELATED AGREEMENT, EACH PARTNER HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS IT MAY HAVE TO DEMAND A JURY TRIAL. THIS WAIVER IS KNOWINGLY, INTENTIONALLY AND VOLUNTARILY MADE BY THE PARTNERS AND EACH PARTNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NONE OF THE OTHER PARTNERS NOR ANY PERSON ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE OTHER PARTIES HAS MADE ANY REPRESENTATION OF FACT TO INDUCE THIS WAIVER OF TRIAL BY JURY OR IN ANY WAY TO MODIFY OR NULLIFY ITS EFFECT. EACH PARTNER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS BEEN REPRESENTED (OR HAS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE REPRESENTED) IN THE SIGNING OF THIS AGREEMENT AND IN THE MAKING OF THIS WAIVER BY INDEPENDENT LEGAL COUNSEL, SELECTED OF ITS OWN FREE WILL, AND THAT IT HAS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS THIS WAIVER WITH COUNSEL. EACH OF THE PARTNERS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THE MEANING AND RAMIFICATIONS OF THIS WAIVER PROVISION.
Waiver of Right to Jury. GUARANTOR HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, SUIT, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM THAT RELATES TO OR ARISES OUT OF ANY OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS OR THE ACTS OR FAILURE TO ACT OF OR BY BORROWER IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF ANY OF THE TERMS OR PROVISIONS OF THIS GUARANTY OR THE OTHER LOAN DOCUMENTS.
Waiver of Right to Jury. In order to avoid delays and minimize expense Alpine 4 CS, the Company and Secured Parties knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally waive any right to trial by jury in respect of any claim, demand, action or cause of action arising out of, under or in connection with this Security Agreement or any related writing or any amendment thereto, whether now existing or hereinafter arising and whether sounding in contract or tort or otherwise, and each party hereby agrees and consents that any such claim, demand, action or cause of action shall be decided by a court trial without a jury, and a copy of this Security Agreement may be filed with any court as evidence of the consent of each of the parties hereto to the waiver of its right to trial by jury.
