Vehicle Report Sample Clauses

Vehicle Report. The Contractor shall maintain and provide to the City a complete listing of all vehicles including reserve vehicles used in the performance of the Contract, including their license and vehicle identification numbers, and the name and address of the lien holder, if any. Changes in the lien holder, as well as the transfer of ownership, purchase, or sale of vehicles used under the contract shall be reported to the City within ten (10) calendar days of such occurrences.

Vehicle Report. By January 15 each year, the Contractor shall provide the City with a yearly written plan of the type, age, make, model, and fuel type of all vehicles that will be used for the upcoming year.
Vehicle Report. On the Payment Date in March of each year, commencing in March 2011, ZVF shall cause a nationally recognized firm of independent certified public accountants to furnish a report to the Trustee and the Rating Agencies, if any, to the effect that they have performed certain agreed upon procedures with respect to the calculations of (i) the Disposition Proceeds received by ZVF from the sale or other disposition of all ZVF Vehicles (other than Casualties) sold or otherwise disposed of during the Related Month, (ii) the respective Net Book Values of such ZVF Vehicles on the date of such sale or other disposition and (iii) the Market Values of such ZVF Vehicles on the date of such sale or other disposition.
Vehicle Report. The Broker shall provide FSSA with a listing of all vehicles placed in service for the performance of obligations under this contract before the start of operations. The list shall include for each vehicle:

  • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.
