Value of Property. At any judicial or other sale of the Property, the ----------------- purchase price paid for the Property by Mortgagee or any other purchaser shall be conclusive evidence of the value of the Property and Mortgagee shall have an absolute right to obtain a deficiency judgment of all amounts due under the Secured Obligations in excess of the amount of such purchase price. Value of Property. It shall be the responsibility of each department to appraise property designated as surplus. If it is determined that the property sold as a unit has a market value of more than $5000, the property must be disposed of by a sealed bid process in accordance with District's purchasing guidelines. The sealed bid process will be coordinated in conjunction with each respective department and the Chief School Business Official. The Chief School Business Official and/or the Secretary of the Board of Educationis authorized to advertise such surplus property for sale to the general public. If it is determined that the property sold as a unit has a value less than $5000, the property may be disposed of in a manner approved by the Board of Education.
Value of Property. County and Company recognize that a substantial portion of the appraised value of the Property is due to the availability of water and sewer lines that County has committed to build. Said lines will serve properties other than the Property to be conveyed to Company, and the County affirmatively represents that it would have constructed said water and sewer lines regardless of this Agreement, and that the requirement for reconveyance of the Property will fully reimburse County for expenses incurred by it for installation of the water and sewer lines, to the extent that said expenses are allocable to the Property.
