Vacation Sign-Up. 128. When using discretionary time-off, employees shall use accrued EH (Equivalent Holiday), FH (Floating Holiday), and/or PE (Physical Fitness Time) prior to using accrued VA (Vacation) and/or OU (Overtime Use). Employees who have reached maximum vacation time accrual limits are exempted from the application of this section.
Vacation Sign-Up. (a) A list showing the vacation entitlement for each eligible employee for the succeeding vacation year will be posted on appropriate bulletin boards by February 15th of each calendar year.
Vacation Sign-Up. Operator(s) shall sign their vacation in order of seniority. When an Operator signs their vacation and, provided it is not in prime time, they may select to pass on their first (1st) selection, if they so choose to sign they may sign their entire vacation entitlement. All Operators shall complete their vacation sign up entitlement before the end of the signing period, unless they have signed single day vacation(s). (As per article 11.01)
Vacation Sign-Up. Vacation sign-ups shall occur every six months during the designated shift rotations as outlined in Section 6.1.2 of this MOU. Employees will sign up for vacation based on seniority within their assigned work unit using the Vacation Sign-Up Roster. Employees who do not sign up during shift rotation will be able to sign up for vacation beyond the traditional shift sign up period only if the desired week(s) are open and available. Employees may take a single vacation day only if the following criteria are met:

Vacation Sign-Up a) The annual vacation sign-up for all members shall be conducted by one member of the Union, who will be provided one hundred and twenty (120) hours of paid time.
Vacation Sign-Up. The Corporation shall establish a vacation sign up for two (2) departments (Operator and Dispatch). All vacations shall be determined by sign up according to seniority, which shall be posted no later than October 15th of the previous year. Signup shall commence on November 1st until the sign is completed. Any Operator that has elected to pass on any turn must sign by March 31st of the following year. If in the opinion of the Union an Employee is unduly delaying their choice, the Union Xxxxxxx shall have the right to by-pass or sign up that Employee on the Vacation sign-up board. Under no circumstance shall an Employee be allowed to work during their vacation period. Under no circumstance can an Employee be bumped from his/her vacation once he/she has signed the vacation signup. No more than two (2) Full-time Operators shall be allowed on vacation at any one time. No more than one (1) Full-time Dispatcher shall be on vacation at any one time. All vacation must be taken in one (1) week allotments. Each Employee shall have the option to sign one week (1) of single days. In the event a Statutory Holiday falls during a signed vacation, the Employee shall take the additional vacation day(s) at a time mutually agreed upon between the Employee and Supervisor. No vacation shall be taken without the expressed approval of the Supervisor. All vacations shall be taken during the calendar year and no vacation shall be carried into the following calendar year.
Vacation Sign-Up. Supervisors will sign up for Annual Vacation, EBP and Statutory Holidays on a Classification Seniority basis as follows:
