Use of Vehicles Use or authorize the Vehicles to be used in any manner (i) that would make such Vehicles that are Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase or sale under the applicable Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.
Vehicles and Equipment Consultant will furnish all vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials used to provide the Services required by this Agreement. Client will not require Consultant to rent or purchase any equipment, product, or service as a condition of entering into this Agreement.
USE OF VEHICLE 4.1 The Vehicle may only be utilised for the Rental Period, as stated in the Rental Agreement, or any Extended Period agreed upon between the parties.
Passwords and Security You acknowledge that you will be the only authorized user of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for your account(s). You will be fully responsible for the confidentiality and use of your user name(s) and password (s) and you agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from the use of your user name (s) or password(s) (except as provided for in paragraph 5 below). Use of the Equipment 9.1 The Equipment shall be used by Hospital only at the Site and shall not be removed therefrom. Hospital shall use the Equipment only in the regular and ordinary course of Hospital’s business operations and only within the capacity of the Equipment as determined by Elekta’s specifications. Hospital shall not use nor permit the Equipment to be used in any manner nor for any purpose which, in the opinion of Elekta or GKF, the Equipment is not designed or reasonably suitable.
Use of Partially Constructed Roads Unless Contracting Officer determines that there is justification under existing conditions and ground conditions permit hauling without undue damage, portions of Specified Roads shall be Substantially Completed prior to their use for hauling timber. When necessary to facilitate construction and protect bridges and roads from damage, timber felled in construction and timber logged directly to the road from areas immediately adjacent thereto may be hauled before road construction is Substantially Completed. Such hauling shall be confined to periods when abnormal soil erosion and damage to National Forest lands will not result.
Waiver of Rule of Construction Each Party has had the opportunity to consult with counsel in connection with the review, drafting and negotiation of this Agreement. Accordingly, the rule of construction that any ambiguity in this Agreement shall be construed against the drafting Party shall not apply.
Identification of Construction Documents The Design Professional shall identify the Construction Documents, which shall include, but are not limited to, the Specifications, the Drawings, and all Addenda. The Construction Documents are included within the Contract Documents.
Use of Data by User Registry Operator will permit user to use the zone file for lawful purposes; provided that (a) user takes all reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access to and use and disclosure of the data and (b) under no circumstances will Registry Operator be required or permitted to allow user to use the data to, (i) allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by email, telephone, or facsimile of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations to entities other than user’s own existing customers, or (ii) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that send queries or data to the systems of Registry Operator or any ICANN-‐accredited registrar.
