Use of the Names of the Fund. The Advisor has consented to the use by the Fund of the name or identifying word “Pxxxxx Square” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “Pxxxxx Square” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require the Fund to cease using “Pxxxxx Square” in the name of the Fund and in connection with the Fund’s operations if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor.
Use of the Names of the Fund. The Advisor has consented to the use by each Fund of the name or identifying word “AXS” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “AXS” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require any Fund to cease using “AXS” in the name of the Fund and in connection with the Fund’s operations if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor.
Use of the Names of the Fund. The Advisor has consented to the use by each Fund of the name or identifying word “361” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “361” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require any Fund to cease using “361” in the name of the Fund and in connection with the Fund’s operations if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor.
Use of the Names of the Fund. The Advisor has consented to the use by the Fund of the name or identifying word “Advisory Research” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “Advisory Research” or “ARI” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require the Fund to cease using “Advisory Research” in the name of the Fund and in connection with the Fund’s operations if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor.
Use of the Names of the Fund. The Trust acknowledges that Securian Asset Management, Inc. (the “Sub-advisor”), the sub-advisor to the Fund pursuant to the Sub-Advisory Agreement between the Advisor and the Sub-advisor dated as of [ ], has consented to the use by each Fund of the name or identifying word “Securian” in the name of the Fund; (b) such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Sub-advisor or a successor or affiliate thereof as the investment sub-advisor to the Fund, and may not be revoked by the Sub-advisor for so long as the Sub-advisor or a successor thereto or affiliate thereof serves as investment sub-advisor to the Fund; and (c) the Advisor may require any Fund to cease using “Securian” in the name of the Fund and in connection with the Fund’s operations if (i) the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor, or (ii) the Advisor in accordance with 2(b)(iv) of this Agreement were to terminate and replace the Sub-advisor or a successor thereto or affiliate thereof as sub-advisor to the Fund.
Use of the Names of the Fund. The Advisor has consented to the use by each Fund of the name or identifying word “WCM” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “WCM” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require any Fund to cease using “WCM” in the name of the Fund and in connection with the Fund’s operations if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor.
Use of the Names of the Fund. The Advisor has consented to the use by the Fund of the name or identifying word “[AXS]” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is expressly conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor or its successor, subsidiary, parent or affiliate under common control, as the investment advisor to the Fund. As between the Advisor and the Fund, the Advisor is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to “[AXS]”, including all names incorporating “[AXS]” which are used by the Fund and any and all goodwill associated with such use shall inure to the sole benefit of the Advisor. The Fund shall use “[AXS]” solely in the form stipulated by the Advisor and shall observe such standards as the Advisor from time to time prescribes. The Advisor shall have the right to inspect any designation, document or other media bearing “[AXS]” including any promotional material. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Advisor or any of its affiliates may from time to time use, or consent to others using, the identifying word “[AXS]” in any name or for any other purpose, including without limitation in the names of other investment companies, corporations or businesses that it may manage, advise, sponsor or own or in which it may have a financial interest. The Fund acknowledges and agrees that the Advisor may require the Fund to cease using the name or identifying word “[AXS]” in the name of the Fund and in connection with the Fund’s operations if the Fund ceases to employ the Advisor, or its successor, subsidiary, parent or affiliate under common control, as investment advisor to the Fund.

Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund.
