USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Funds provided under this Contract may not be used for the payment of salaries to any Subrecipient's employees who use alcoholic beverages while on active duty, for travel expenses expended for alcoholic beverages, or for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by adults of proper drinking age are permitted, as long as Tenants behave in a responsible manner as not to annoy Owner, neighbors, or other tenants of Xxxxx Xxxx Land Inc put them in xxxxx way. If underage drinking is discovered, Tenant will be removed from property and forfeit any monies paid for remainder of stay.

USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. No alcoholic beverages may be sold on the MCBC property. The Renter agrees to be present for all activities covered by the Rental agreement and, in particular, to ensure reasonable and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages by those who may be in attendance at an event held at the MCBC facilities.
USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Grant funds may not be used to compensate an employee for an alcoholic beverage. In addition, grant funds may not be used to purchase an alcoholic beverage or to pay or reimburse a travel expense that was incurred for an alcoholic beverage.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including manual typewriters, mimeographing machines, other duplicating equipment, audio visual equipment and computers at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall provide its own supplies and shall be responsible for any damage sustained by such equipment during Association use.

  • Use of School Facilities A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost at reasonable times for Association meetings, provided however, that the Association will be required to pay for any additional custodial cost involved by reason of said meetings. The Principal of the building in question will be notified in advance of the time and place of such meeting.

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.
