Unit Related. Fittings & Fixtures: Except those provided by the Promoter, all fit outs to be put- up, erected and installed at or inside the said Unit including the interior decoration shall be done and completed by the Allottee at its own costs and expenses. The Allottee shall be obliged to do and carry out the said fitout works in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner and without violating any laws, rules or regulations of the municipal authority, the National Building Code, Fire Safety laws and rules with minimum noise and without causing any disturbance or annoyance to the other Co- owners. The Allottee shall ensure that there shall be no stacking of debris or materials in any part or portion of the Common Areas and that there shall be regular clearing of all debris arising out of the Fit out works. The Allottee hereby unequivocally and categorically undertakes not to drill, break, maim, hammer or in any way damage or destroy the beams and columns on the floor, the ceiling and the walls of the said Unit. The Allottee shall be responsible for all consequences, including the loss of life and property, damages or accidents that may occur due to breach or default on the part of the Allottee while carrying out the fit out(s) or other activity.

  • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.   • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.
