Unintended Consequences. The Parties have developed this Agreement in good faith. The information on which decisions were made was information shared by all Parties. In the event that there are any unforeseen or unintended outcomes of significant proportions the Single Bargaining Unit will meet to resolve the matter. If there has been an omission from this Agreement that was contained in past registered agreements/awards or the 2002 Enterprise Agreement both parties will consider the issue and vary this Agreement accordingly.
Unintended Consequences. It is the intent of the parties to continue the contract period as if there was no transition from RPA to Teamsters while recognizing that there has been a transition in Union representation. The intention is not to otherwise modify the contract until the end of the original contract period. The parties agree that the MOUs and LOUs attached to this contract as Appendix C shall continue in effect for the duration of this agreement. If, during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof, there is an issue that arises related to an MOU, XXX, or Agreement that would have been handled differently had the Teamsters not become the representative, the Parties agree that their intention will be to carry out the terms of the MOU, XXX, or Agreement as it would have been if there was not a transition to Teamsters representation.
Unintended Consequences. The parties to the Agreement have agreed to the consolidation of Parts A, B and C of the Kingston City Council Enterprise Agreement 2017. In agreeing to adopt a consolidated format, the Council commits to honouring any entitlement that was contained in the 2017 Agreement, that has been unintentionally removed in the current Enterprise Agreement (2019). This commitment will not in any way inhibit any party from making claims in future rounds of Enterprise Bargaining.

Unintended Consequences. If as a result of the translation to the Fair Work Act, 1994, and the application of the Corporation of the City of Adelaide Award gives rise to a consequence to either party not being contemplated at the time of making the Agreement, the parties shall meet and agree on the most appropriate mechanism in dealing with such a consequence. Where such agreement is not reached, the Dispute Settling Procedure shall be used the address same.
