Uniforms and Special Protective Clothing Committee. A joint Committee of an equal number of Union and Corporation appointees is established to render decisions as to what is an appropriate uniform allowance if the Corporation requires an Employee to purchase and maintain a uniform or uniforms. If there is a dispute of the Committee, as to what the allowance should be, an arbitrator shall be retained to resolve same. Decisions of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.

  • Union Bargaining Committees ‌ A union bargaining committee shall consist of employees who are representatives of the Union together with the President of the Union or designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.

  • Protective Clothing & Equipment While not being part of any issue of protective clothing/equipment, the company shall be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Union Bargaining Committee A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) members of the Union together with the President of the Union or her designate. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of members of the staff of the Union when negotiating with the Employer.
