UNIFORM PROFESSIONAL BASIC EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT PAYMENT DATES. Payment for services of Professional Employees shall be as provided by Kansas statute. The monthly pay date will be the administrative office’s last working day in each month. Supplemental contacts/overload shall normally be paid at the end of each fall and spring semester, and payment for summer semester will be separated into June and July paychecks. Other options may be available through consulting the payroll coordinator in consultation with the Human Resources Department.

  • TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT A. This Contract shall terminate, the Superintendent's employment will cease, and no compensation shall thereafter be paid, under any one of the following circumstances:

  • Form B - Contractor’s Annual Employment Report Throughout the term of the Contract by May 15th of each year the Contractor agrees to report the following information to the State Agency awarding the Contract, or if the Contractor has provided Contract Employees pursuant to an OGS centralized Contract, such report must be made to the State Agency purchasing from such Contract.   • Vacation Scheduling for All Employees A. Vacation leave will be charged in the amount actually used by the employee.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Employment contract The Company and Executive acknowledge that the terms of his employment are set forth in this Agreement. If Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, Executive shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, award or compensation other than as provided in this Agreement, or as may otherwise be available in accordance with the Company’s established written plans and written policies at the time of termination.
