Undertakings by the Company. 10.1 If any consent, permission, waiver or authorization by any third person, or any approval, permission or exemption by any government authority, or any registration or filing formalities with any government authority need to be obtained in respect of the execution and performance of this Agreement and the Equity Pledge hereunder, the Company shall endeavour to assist in the obtainment of the above and keep them fully effective during the validity period of this Agreement.
