Xxx 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 The NC Community College System Office will solicit a response from all community colleges approved to offer the course. The Director of Transfer Articulation will send the request to the Chief Academic Officers of the universities. If all of the universities approve of the UGETC designation, the recommendation will be sent to the Transfer Advisory Committee and the Vice Presidents of the two systems. If all universities do not approve the request, the Director of Transfer Articulation may assemble a discipline team comprised of university and community college faculty to see if the course can be revised in a manner that will be acceptable for inclusion in the UGETC. If so, the revised course will be sent to the university CAOs for UGETC consideration. If all the universities approve of the UGETC designation of the revised course, the recommendation will be sent to the TAC and the Vice Presidents of the two systems. If the request is not approved by the universities, this will be submitted to the TAC and the Vice Presidents of the two systems for information.   • FINANCIAL INSTITUTION’S LIABILITY Liability for failure to make transfers. If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:
