UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS. Do not make any repairs or authorize any repairs without the prior written consent of Owner/Agent. All repairs must be authorized in writing before work can be performed. Rent cannot be withheld because of needed repairs nor can the cost of needed repairs be deducted from the rent except as provided by the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. After receiving written authorization from manager, repairs must be made by approved vendors or licensed contractors only. By initialing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in Section 4. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS. Any changes, adjustments or repairs made by others to the Equipment, unless authorized or approved by Company in writing shall, at the option of Company, terminate Company’s obligation hereunder.
UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS. Any repairs completed without the prior written authorization of the Landlord will be at Tenant’s expense.

  • Unauthorized Alterations or Improvements In the event that the Tenant shall undertake alterations or improvements relating to the Property in violation of this section the same shall be considered a material breach of this Lease putting the Tenant in default. The Landlord may, upon the Landlord’s discretion, require the Tenant to undo the alterations or improvements and restore the Property to the its condition prior to any unauthorized alteration or improvement at the sole expense of the Tenant.

  • Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Contractor shall notify COMMERCE within five (5) working days of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any confidential information, and shall take necessary steps to mitigate the harmful effects of such use or disclosure.

  • Unauthorized Aliens Consultant hereby promises and agrees to comply with all of the provisions of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C.A. & 1101, et seq.), as amended; and in connection therewith, shall not employ unauthorized aliens as defined therein. Should Consultant so employ such unauthorized aliens for the performance of work and/or services covered by this contract, and should the Federal Government impose sanctions against the City for such use of unauthorized aliens, Consultant hereby agrees to, and shall, reimburse City for the cost of all such sanctions imposed, together with any and all costs, including attorneys' fees, incurred by the City in connection therewith.

  • Notice of Unauthorized Use The Receiving Party will notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Receiving Party. The Receiving Party will cooperate with the Disclosing Party in every reasonable way to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of such Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.
