Unanswered Calls. The Company will not xxxx for unanswered calls in areas where Equal Access is available, nor will the Company knowingly xxxx for unanswered telephone calls where Equal Access is not available. In the event that an unanswered call is inadvertently billed due to the unavailability of Equal Access, the Company will cancel or refund all such charges upon request of the Billed Party. Any call for which the billed duration exceeds one minute shall be presumed to have been answered.

Unanswered Calls. If you make a call and receive no reply from the called party within a short time, your radio sounds tones and displays the following messages: Message displayed Tone Called party Action ENGAGED broken lowpitched tone Thecalled party isengaged on another call or does not accept your call. call again later NOT HOME single lowpitched tone The called party’s radio is turnedoff or out of rangeof the system. call again later SYS BUSY (system busy) single lowpitched tone The network is too busy to handle the call request at this time. call again later N/U (number unobtainable) single lowpitched tone The dialled number you have enteredisnot supportedbythe network. check the number you have dialled Returning an Unanswered Call‌ Acall which you are unable to answer within a period determined by the network becomes an ‘unanswered call’. The ringing tone changes toahigh pitched chirp. TheDESPATCHER indicator may illuminate and the number of unanswered calls is shown on the left of the display. The calling party number shows on the right of the display, in the same way as a received call is displayed. Any further calls are now queued.

  • Phone Calls Time spent on work-related employer initiated and subsequent employee initiated telephone calls during the employee’s non-work time of over ten (10) minutes per day will be considered time worked and will be deducted from standby pay. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Helpdesk Customers must contact LightEdge Support to report service trouble or an outage with LightEdge Technical Support. LightEdge Technical Support will be available seven (7) days per week; twenty-four (24) hours per day; three hundred sixty-five days (365) days per year. LightEdge Technical Support provides support for network monitoring, trouble ticket resolution, and fault isolation up to the termination point of LightEdge provided Equipment. LightEdge Technical Support will accept trouble and outage related support calls from any customer representative. LightEdge will not perform any requested activity which may cause Service disruption or perform any changes to Service unless request is initiated by an Authorized Contact. LightEdge reserves the right to delay response on support tickets opened by anyone other than the Authorized Contact. Communication between Customer and LightEdge not initiated by Authorized Contact will not be subject to SLA remedies. All communications with Customer will be in the English language.

  • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • Queries 1. If the Cardmember has any queries about any of the Charges or Transactions which appear in any Statement of Account, the Cardmember must contact AEME immediately and in any event, no later than 90 days from the date on which the Transaction or Charge was processed and debited to the Card Account. If the Cardmember fails to notify AEME of any queries or disputes within the 90 day period, then the Cardmember agrees and acknowledges that all Charges and Transactions which appear on the Statement of Account are true, accurate and correct and hereby waives any right to object, dispute or challenge, in any manner whatsoever, any such Transactions, Charges or amounts. AEME will assume all Charges and Transactions to be true, accurate and approved by the Cardmember upon the lapse of the said 90 day period.

  • Service Calls What is a Service Call? A visit to Your Property by one of HomeServe’s approved technicians where either work is performed to diagnose and complete a single Covered Repair or it is determined that the repair is not covered (“Service Call”). Do You have to pay anything for a Service Call? There is no fee to make a Service Call. When can You request a Service Call? There is an initial period of 30 days during which You will not be able to request a Service Call (“Waiting Period”), giving You less than 12 full months of coverage in the first Term. Upon renewal (if applicable), there will be no Waiting Period. How can You request a Service Call? Call HomeServe and a service representative will schedule a Service Call. You will not be reimbursed for work not authorized by HomeServe. Technicians must have safe and clear access to, and safe working conditions at and around the work area. In order to make a Service Call Your Service Agreement must be active and You must be current with Your payment(s) of the amount You agree to pay for this Service Agreement, as listed on Your Declaration Page (“Price”). Whether Your Line is to be repaired or replaced is entirely within the discretion of HomeServe. What is the Covered Repair Guarantee? For 12 months, We will arrange at Our expense and choice for repair or replacement of Covered Repairs which are defective in materials or workmanship (“Covered Repair Guarantee”). We disclaim any and all statutory or common law warranties (whether express or implied) other than the Covered Repair Guarantee and any implied warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Term, cancellation and renewal When does this Service Agreement start and how long is it? Your Service Agreement begins on the start date listed on Your Declaration Page (“Start Date”) and continues for 12 months (“Term”). Can You cancel? You may cancel at any time by either calling HomeServe or going online to xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/cancel. • If You cancel within 30 days of the Start Date, You will receive a full refund less any claims paid by Us. • If You cancel more than 30 days after the Start Date, You will receive a pro-rata refund less any claims paid by Us. • If Your local utility or municipality provides similar coverage to You at no charge and You cancel, We will refund the payments You have made less any claims paid by Us. You may be required to provide evidence of the similar coverage. Can We cancel? • We may cancel, with no less than 15 days’ notice to You: (a) for non- payment of the Price; (b) if We find that You already have coverage that is the same or similar to the coverage provided by this Service Agreement; (c) if We find that You are ineligible for this coverage; or (d) for Your fraud or misrepresentation of facts that are material to this Service Agreement or benefits provided under it. • We may cancel for any other reason on 60 days’ notice to You. If We cancel for (a), no refund will be given. If We cancel for (b) or (c), We will refund the payments You have made less any claims paid by Us. In all other cases You will get a pro-rata refund less any claims paid by Us. You will be notified in writing prior to cancellation. The notice will tell You when Your Service Agreement will be cancelled and why it has been cancelled. The notice period begins when We send the notice to You. The changes will become effective 30 days after We send You the notice. You may not change this Service Agreement or delegate any of Your obligations.
