Trash Receptacles. The Permittee shall install and use fully covered trash receptacles with secure lids (wildlife proof) that contain all food, food scrapes, food wrappers, beverage and other miscellaneous trash generated by work force personnel.

Trash Receptacles. YNHA agrees to maintain appropriate receptacles and facilities for the collection of garbage, rubbish and other waste removed from the premises in accordance with the YNHA's Maintenance Policy posted in the YNHA office. Xxxxxx agrees to carry the trash receptacles to the street on the day assigned for pickup. Tenant is limited to two (2) 34-gallon trash cans.
Trash Receptacles. IPTC shall provide trash receptacles at each of the BRT Stations. In addition, IPTC acknowledges that increased pedestrian activity near the BRT Stations on each of the BRTs could result in increased litter in those areas. Therefore, IPTC agrees to provide and install trash receptacles on street corners near BRT Stations as requested by the City, through DPW, in its sole discretion. IPTC shall be responsible for emptying the trash receptacles both at the BRT Stations and at the additional locations where they are installed at the request of the City preferably on a daily basis, but at minimum with sufficient frequency to prevent receptacles from overflowing with trash, and for disposing of the trash so collected in accordance with the City’s codes, ordinances, rules and standards for solid waste disposal. In those areas where there is not sufficient space in the public right-of-way to place additional trash receptacles, DPW shall assist IPTC in obtaining an easement or other right to utilize other property for the placement of the receptacle. In the event that no such easement can be reasonably acquired, then IPTC agrees to pick up litter in the vicinity of the affected BRT Station on a regular basis in conjunction with its normal BRT Station maintenance activities.
Trash Receptacles. All trash receptacles in the Streetscape Area are to be emptied a minimum of twice per week, or as needed, on the same designated days of each week. Along with this pick-up, if any obvious large pieces of litter/debris in the flower beds or sidewalk are noticed, it will be disposed of promptly. During special events, the DDA may request additional trash receptacle pick-up.
Trash Receptacles. Within one hundred eighty (180) days following the Effective Date hereof, Landlord shall designate a location on the Project for Tenant to install and maintain a trash receptacle for Tenant’s sole and exclusive use. Landlord shall notify Tenant once Landlord has determined the location of the trash dumpster. Tenant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with procuring and maintaining any such trash dumpster, including constructing any screen or enclosure as Landlord may reasonably request. In no event shall Landlord be required to incur any costs in connection with locating an area for such trash receptacle or otherwise procuring or maintaining such receptacle. At Landlord’s request, Tenant shall contract directly with Landlord’s designated trash collection and recycling vendor in connection with collecting and emptying such trash receptacle (or if Landlord contracts with the vendor directly, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all costs incurred by Landlord in connection therewith within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice). In no event shall Landlord have any obligation to ensure that no other third party utilizes any Tenant exclusive trash receptacle. From time to time Landlord shall have the right to relocate the location of Tenant’s dumpster to another location on the Project.
Trash Receptacles. Trash and garbage receptacles shall be screened with an opaque enclosure. The screening shall be constructed of brick or masonry units coated with an appropriate material durable enough to withstand the abuse resulting from periodic servicing of the container. Further, this enclosure shall be located out of sight from the street and in an inconspicuous but accessible location. The opaque enclosure shall be compatible material to the buildings and loading and storage areas further softened with dense landscaping. (See Landscape Standards)

Trash Receptacles. Event Coordinator shall be required to provide trash and recycling receptacles for use by the general public at the Event. Event Coordinator shall be required to provide trash receptacles of appropriate size, and in appropriate numbers, to handle all trash generated by an event of the type of the Event. Trash receptacles shall be dumped throughout the Event as often as is necessary to maintain their utility.
