Transmission Provider Consent. Seller shall execute a consent, in the form required by Transmission Provider, to provide that PacifiCorp can read the meter and receive any and all data from the Transmission Provider relating to transmission of Output or other matters relating to the Facility without the need for further consent from Seller.
Transmission Provider Consent. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, Seller must execute and submit to PacifiCorp, a consent in the form provided in Exhibit H or as otherwise required by Transmission Provider, that allows PacifiCorp to read the meter and receive any and all data from Transmission Provider relating to transmission of Output or other matters relating to the Facility without the need for further consent from Seller.
