Transmission of Electronic Data. 7.2.1 Design-Builder shall comply with the requirements of UW CAD, BIM and PDF Standards and Requirements, and Owner and Design-Builder shall otherwise agree on all other Electronic Data protocols. Each party shall be responsible for securing the legal rights to access the agreed- upon format, including, if necessary, obtaining appropriately licensed copies of the applicable software or electronic program to display, interpret and/or generate the Electronic Data.

Transmission of Electronic Data. 15.2.1 Design-Builder shall determine, after consultation with Design-Build Subcontractor, the software and the format for the transmission of Electronic Data. Transmission of Electronic Data. User understands that the technical processing and transmission of User’s electronic data is fundamentally necessary to use of certain aspects of the Service. User expressly consents to BES+Tech’s receiving and storage of User’s Electronic Data and User acknowledges and understands that use of the User’s Electronic Data will involve transmission over the Internet, and over various networks, only part of which may be owned and/or operated by BES+Tech.
