Transfers To or From. Two Accounts You Have With Us We may permit you to transfer funds from one Account in your name to another account in your name held by us that is managed by the Program Partner (an “internal transfer”). If we allow such transfers, there are no limits on the number of internal transfers you may make, and internal transfers are immediately available.

  • Transfers From Other Plans We can receive amounts transferred to this Xxxx XXX from the trustee or custodian of another Xxxx XXX as permitted by the Code. In addition, we can accept rollovers of eligible rollover distributions from employer-sponsored retirement plans as permitted by the Code. We reserve the right not to accept any transfer.
