Transferring the Agreement. You cannot, and cannot try to, assign or transfer (in whole or in part) this Agreement or the benefit of or the rights under this Agreement to anyone else. We may assign or transfer (in whole or in part) this Agreement to any Associated Company.
Transferring the Agreement. 39.1 You may not assign, transfer or novate this Agreement without our prior written consent.
Transferring the Agreement. You cannot transfer the Agreement to another person without our prior written consent. We will need your prior written consent to any transfer too, except if we are selling all or substantially all our large customer electricity retailing business in the State in which the Supply Address is located (in which case you appoint us to be your attorney to sign any document or do anything necessary to effect the transfer of this Agreement to the buyer of that business).
Transferring the Agreement. You can’t assign, transfer or novate the Agreement without our prior written consent. Subject to Law we may transfer, novate or assign this Agreement to any third party, any of our Related Bodies Corporate or as part of any transfer of a substantial number of our customers to a third party. We’ll let you know if we do this.
Transferring the Agreement. We may transfer this Agreement to anyone at any time provided doing so does not adversely impact your rights under the Agreement. You’ll need to get our permission before transferring the Agreement and the person you are transferring to will need to pass our credit check.

Transferring the Agreement. The Contracting Party has not the right to transfer the agreement and its obligations to a third party without a prior consent in writing of the other Contracting Party.

In that case we can do anything necessary to effect the transfer.
Transferring the Agreement. This Agreement may not be sold, transferred, pledged, assigned or otherwise alienated or hypothecated, except by will or the laws of descent and distribution. However, as described in Section 2(e), the Grantee may designate a beneficiary to receive any Shares in the event of the Grantee’s death.
Transferring the Agreement. OWE_PLEG_CAT_1/1/2017 If you want to transfer this Agreement to someone else, you must contact us to get our consent. We reserve the right to transfer this Agreement to another Energy Retailer without your consent.
