Transfer of Copyright. The Corresponding Author transfers and assigns to the Journal, during the full term of copyright and any extensions or renewals of that term, all copyright in and to the Work, including but not limited to the right to publish, republish, transmit, sell, distribute and otherwise use the Work in electronic and print editions of the Journal and in derivative works throughout the world, in all languages and in all media now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so.

Transfer of Copyright. Contributor transfers and assigns to the Association for the full term of copyright and any extensions and renewals thereof, all right, title, and interest in copyright, and all of the rights comprised therein and all remedies afforded by law, throughout the world (for U.S. Government works, see paragraph 3 below) in and to the Contribution, exclusive of any copyrightable material (text or graphic) owned by others, and any revisions thereof prepared and submitted by Contributor, including without limitation the right to register copyright in the Contribution in the name of the Association and the exclusive right to reproduce, publish, republish, prepare all foreign language translations and other derivative works, distribute, sell, license, transfer, transmit, and publicly display copies of, and otherwise use the Contribution, in whole or in part, alone or in compilations, in all formats and media and by any method, device, or process, and through any channels, now known or later conceived or developed; and the exclusive right to license or otherwise authorize others to do all of the foregoing, and the right to assign and transfer the rights granted hereunder. To the extent that any right now or in the future existing under copyright is not specifically granted to the Association by the terms of this Agreement, such right shall be deemed to have been granted hereunder.
Transfer of Copyright. I understand and agree that the copyright for the manuscript entitled above, if published by the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy, will be taken out in the name of the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy. If portions have been previously published, written permission to publish this material in the Journal has been granted by the appropriate certifying body, and the original signed form or letter granting permission to reprint from this source has been submitted with the manuscript to the Journal editorial office. I also grant that for all portions, including tables, figures, and photographs, republished with permission from another source, an appropriate credit line identifying the certifying body has been provided in the manuscript. In turn, the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy grants to me the royalty-free right of republication in any book of which I am the author or editor, subject to the express condition that lawful notice of claim of copyright be given. I understand that I will receive no royalty or other monetary compensation for the assignment set forth in this agreement. Transfer of Copyright. I, the undersigned author of the article, allow its publication in the journal Res novae: Journal for Integrated Science and do hereby transfer to the Faculty of Law and Economics all exploitation rights, including: - Right of reproduction, including the right to be stored in electronic form, audio or video recording (Art. 23 of the Slovene Copyright and Related Rights Act); - Right of distribution (Art. 24); - Right of public broadcasting with audio or video recordings (Art. 28); - Right to make available to the public, exclusively in original form (Art. 32.a). The transfer of rights applies to the article itself, as well as to all additional material (images, sketches, maps, graphs, tables, etc.) that is submitted as part of the article or as its supplement. The transfer is free of charge and unlimited in space and time, valid for unlimited editions, for use in all formats and media. Transfer of Copyright. 3.2.1 Where permissible under the law, the copyright that EOPO transfers to JGXC shall include the copyright of the following works: from the date on which EOPO was established till the date of termination of the agreement, any works that Economic Observer published, carried, utilized and linked to, including but not limited to works of literature, oral literature, music, drama, folk arts, dance, acrobatic arts, fine arts, photography, movies and movie-type of works, graphic works such as engineering design, product design, maps, illustrations and models, computer software, other works protected under Chinese law, regulations and intentional conventions that China is a signatory thereto or participant thereof, any collections, adaptations, translations, annotations, editions of the above-referenced works ("agreement works"), regardless whether EOPO created these works internally, commissioned others to create them, or others created them or provided them to EOPO of their own initiative, and regardless whether EOPO made payment to obtain or publish the said works.
