Trained Staff. Partner agrees to maintain trained staff having the necessary skills to develop, maintain and support the Applications promoted to Company’s customers. At a minimum, such skills shall include maintaining at least 1 full-time staff member with the following experience: • Microsoft .NET application development (required) • Microsoft VBScript development experience (suggested) • Web front-end developer experience, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (suggested)

Trained Staff. The Department shall provide an adequate and properly trained staff to receive and investigate any complaints from its End Users or SUNCOM Clients relating to Service, and will report any trouble to Service Provider with respect to Service only upon reasonable verification that such trouble is due to reasons other than the misuse or malfunctioning of the End User’s or SUNCOM Client’s equipment or the failure of such equipment to meet the technical standards for compatibility with Service.
Trained Staff. Reseller acknowledges that it is responsible for assuring that its sales force and customer care representatives for the Resell Services are trained, competent and professional. Reseller agrees to consult with the Zettagrid on specific issues that Zettagrid may identify to Reseller from time to time in connection with the performance of the Reseller sales force and customer care representatives that may have an adverse impact on Zettagrid, Zettagrid's brand and/or the brand of Third Party Providers, or on the effectiveness of the sales effort or customer care for the Resell Services.
Trained Staff. Contractor shall utilize a well-trained staff including individuals who have had special training with the types of floor surfaces found in the garages, surface parking lots, (i.e., concrete parking surfaces as well as tile), and who have received training on maintaining floors with maintenance machinery such as scrubbers, sweepers, and floor buffers.
Trained Staff. Servicing and repair work shall at all times be done by fully trained staff, and under no circumstances may untrained workers be left on site to do any minor work without proper supervision of trained staff. The Contractor shall use competent trained staff directly employed and supervised by him and shall take all responsible care to repair and maintain the installations. The Department reserves the right to inspect the tenderer’s premises for plant, equipment and general good management before tenders are awarded. NOTE : All technician’s/ artisan’s certificates of qualification and apprenticeship contracts shall be submitted with the tender for evaluation buy this Department. A Statement of Experience gained and on what type of equipment shall be submitted with the tender for each artisan/ technician employed. By not complying with this clause, the tender may not be taken in consideration and may lead to disqualification.

  • Supplier Personnel The Customer and Supplier agree and acknowledge that in the event of the Supplier ceasing to provide the Services or part of them for any reason, Call Off Schedule 10 (Staff Transfer) shall apply. The Supplier shall not and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall not take any step (expressly or implicitly and directly or indirectly by itself or through any other person) without the prior written consent of the Customer to dissuade or discourage any employees engaged in the provision of the Services from transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor. During the Termination Assistance Period, the Supplier shall and shall procure that any relevant Sub-Contractor shall: give the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor reasonable access to the Supplier's personnel and/or their consultation representatives to present the case for transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier and/or to discuss or consult on any measures envisaged by the Customer, Replacement Supplier and/or Replacement Sub-Contractor in respect of persons expected to be Transferring Supplier Employees; co-operate with the Customer and the Replacement Supplier to ensure an effective consultation process and smooth transfer in respect of Transferring Supplier Employees in line with good employee relations and the effective continuity of the Services. The Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer or, at the direction of the Customer, the Replacement Supplier of any period of notice given by the Supplier or received from any person referred to in the Staffing Information, regardless of when such notice takes effect. The Supplier shall not for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of transfer re-employ or re-engage or entice any employees, suppliers or Sub-Contractors whose employment or engagement is transferred to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier except that this paragraph 10.5 shall not apply where an offer is made pursuant to an express right to make such offer under Call Off Schedule 10.1 (Staff Transfer) in respect of a Transferring Supplier Employee not identified in the Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List.

  • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

  • Supplier Staff The Supplier Staff shall at all times during the Contract Period; obey all lawful instructions and reasonable directions of the Customer; apply all due skill, care, diligence and shall be appropriately experienced, qualified and trained to supply the Services in accordance with this Contract; and shall respond to any enquiries from the Product Owner relating to the Services within the timescales agreed by the Parties (where applicable) and in any event as soon as is reasonably practicable. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the continuity of the Key Personnel is paramount to the success of the Project and shall ensure that Key Personnel are assigned to the Project on a full-time basis and are not removed from the Services or assigned to any other Supplier or third party projects during the Contract Period (unless otherwise Approved by the Customer). The Customer may also require the Supplier to remove and/or replace any Key Personnel that the Customer acting reasonably considers in any respect unsatisfactory. The Customer shall not be liable for the cost of removing or replacing any Key Personnel. The Customer may, by written notice to the Supplier, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Customer’s Premises any member of the Supplier Staff or any person employed or engaged by any member of the Supplier Staff whom the Customer believes represents a security risk or does not have the required levels of training and expertise or whose admission or continued presence would, in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, be undesirable. Supplier Staff engaged within the boundaries of the Customer’s Premises shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or within the boundaries of those Customer’s Premises.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.
