Time to Submit. At least thirty (30) days prior to the opening day of classes, the School shall furnish the Sponsor with fully completed Certificate(s) of Insurance signed by an authorized representative of the insurer(s) providing all required coverage.

Except as otherwise specified in this Charter, the insurance shall commence prior to the commencement of the opening of the School and shall be maintained in force, without interruption, until this Charter is terminated.
