Time to Submit. At least thirty (30) days prior to the opening day of classes, the School shall furnish the Sponsor with fully completed Certificate(s) of Insurance signed by an authorized representative of the insurer(s) providing all required coverage.

Failure to comply with this provision shall be considered good cause for termination or nonrenewal of this Charter.
