TIME SERVICE. This service synchronizes with xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx once a week to provide your computer with the correct time. You can turn this feature off or choose your preferred time source within the Date and Time Control Panel applet. The connection uses standard NTP protocol. · IPv6 Network Address Translation (NAT) Traversal service (Teredo). This feature helps existing home Internet gateway devices transition to IPv6. IPv6 is next generation Internet protocol. It helps enable end-to-end connectivity often needed by peer-to-peer applications. To do so, each time you start up the software the Teredo client service will attempt to locate a public Teredo Internet service. It does so by sending a query over the Internet. This query only transfers standard Domain Name Service information to determine if your computer is connected to the Internet and can locate a public Teredo service. If you · use an application (e.g. Windows Meeting Space) that needs IPv6 connectivity or · configure your firewall to always enable IPv6 connectivity by default standard Internet Protocol information will be sent to the Teredo service at Microsoft at regular intervals. No other information is sent to Microsoft. You can change this default to use non-Microsoft servers. You can also switch off this feature using a command line utility named “netsh”.
TIME SERVICE. Vacations shall be scheduled in a manner which recognizes seniority in each department and also in a manner which will provide an equitable system of rotation of the selection of vacation times. Vacation schedules shall be posted by May 1st in each year and they shall not be adjusted there is mutual agreement by an employee and the Hospital. Clerical Vacations may be taken at any time of the year that is mutually acceptable to the parties. Requests for vacation shall be submitted in writing to the employee's immediate supervisor or his appointee at least eight (8) weeks before the time at which the employee proposesto commence his vacation or such lessertime as may be mutually agreed between the parties provided that there shall be a vacation request schedule posted in the middle of the month of February of each year in each area of the hospital covered by this Agreement. Only if there is conflict in requests made in the first eight after the schedule is posted, shall seniority prevail. Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 times his regular straight time rate of pay for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has worked. Requests for consideration to permit carry over of vacation from one year to another (year end is employee's anniversary date) must be made in writing to the employee's manager. In no case will employees be permitted to carry forward beyond their anniversary date more than ten (10) vacation days above their normal entitlement.

  • Notice and Service During the valid period of this Contract, if Party A changes its information first given in this Contract without notifying Party B in written form, including name of Party A’s legal person, legal representative, domicile and telephone number, all documents that Party B sends to Party A according to Party A’s information given in this Contract shall be deemed as having been served.

  • Service Term XOOM agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you.   • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.
