Time, Place, and Method of Payments. All payments required pursuant to this Agreement or the Note shall be made in lawful money of the United States of America and in immediately available funds, shall be deemed received by the Lender on the next Business Day following receipt if such receipt is after 2:00 p.m., Central Standard or Daylight Savings Time, as the case may be, on any Business Day, and shall be made at the Principal Office. Except as provided to the contrary herein, if the due date of any payment hereunder or under the Note would otherwise fall on a day which is not a Business Day, such date shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day, and interest shall be payable for any principal so extended for the period of such extension.
