  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Third Party Software Any portion of the Software that constitutes third party software, including software provided under a public license, is licensed to You subject to the terms and conditions of the software license agreements accompanying such third party software, or as set forth in the thirdpartylicenses.txt file accompanying the Software.

Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void and may result in termination by Viasat of this Agreement and the license. You agree that you shall not copy or duplicate or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate any part of the Software, or create or attempt to create, or permit others to create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source programs or any part thereof from the object programs or from other information made available under this Agreement.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
