The Licensee shall have the right to add as many URL's that are dedicated solely to the promotion of the Licensee's Web Site as the Licensee deems necessary. b) Shall have the right to request changes to the Web Sites the Licensee feels appropriate. All changes shall be effected by Healthnet and will be charged to the Licensee at contract rates attached hereto as Schedule B. c) If agreed between the Parties Healthnet shall construct and maintain any and all additional web sites the Licensee deems necessary for the marketing of their Web Site.   • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

You warrant that You have obtained all consents necessary under applicable law from Your Authorised Users to disclose User Data to the RIM Group of Companies and for the RIM Group of Companies to collect, use, process, transmit, and/or disclose such User Data as described above.
