The Term of Contract. This agreement shall become effective upon signing and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of three (3) years from the date certification. The Term of Contract. 6.1 This Contract is made for a specified period of time, i.e. until the Foreign Student has completed the program of higher education study offered by the Faculty in the extent laid down by the current statutory regulations, Comenius University Internal Rules, the Faculty Internal Rules and the program of study.

Item 12: Law & Judicial Jurisdiction In case parties dispute on construing or application or performance of this contract, this dispute shall be referred to judicial arbitration in Kuwait as this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the laws applicable in the State of Kuwait.
