The use of a safety strap or retention device by snowboarders or telemarkskiers without ski brakes will increase the risk of not surviving an avalanche. LTD, GENE AND XXX XXXXX, XXXXXXX X. – XXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX, THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DISTRIBUTOR OF THE AVALANCHE AIRBAG SYSTEM, HIS MAJESTY THE KING IN RIGHT OF THE PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA and their respective directors, officers, employees, guides, agents, independent contractors, subcontractors, representatives, successors, assigns, other guests and all heliskiing participants (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees").

Weather conditions may be extreme and can change rapidly and without warning, making travel by helicopter, snowcat, fixed wing aircraft, watercraft, snowmobile or motor vehicles hazardous.

SAFETY I have been advised to wear an approved helmet and other protective equipment such as elbow/forearm and knee/shin armour when free riding or down•xxxxxxx. Use of a helmet is mandatory in the Bike Park. Please refer to the ‘Stop – Read This’ sign, Mountain Bikers Responsibility Code and Mountain Bike Checklist for further safety information.
