The Plant Chairperson or Xxxxxxx shall be present at any meeting when any bargaining unit member is being given a written warning, suspension or discharge. If no meeting takes place due to extenuating circumstances, copies of all correspondence with the griever will be given to the Plant Chairperson. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the conduct of an investigation into an incident, including interviews of employees, the Employer has the right to conduct such investigation without the presence of the Plant Chairperson or Union Xxxxxxx and employees shall be required to cooperate in such investigation and provide truthful information.

  • Chairperson The Chairperson will supervise and control the affairs of the Committee and shall exercise such supervisory powers as may be given him/her by the Members of the Committee. The Chairperson will perform all duties incident to such office and such other duties as may be provided in these bylaws or as may be prescribed from time to time by the Committee.
