The Event. The VESA PlugTest March 11-14, 2019 brings both PC and CE display related manufacturers together at a single location to validate PC and CE system interoperability. This PlugTest is targeted at computing platform manufacturers, independent add-in card manufacturers, display manufacturers, connector manufacturers, device manufacturers, and test and measurement manufacturers that are based around the DisplayPort interface. At the PlugTest, various companies, including the undersigned Participant may test interoperability of their products with those of other companies in attendance. VESA hosts this PlugTest.
The Event. The UEFI Technology Conference Plugfest (“Event”) brings all event participants together at a single location to validate the interoperability of PC systems and components. Participants include computing platform manufacturers, card manufacturers, hardware and software manufacturers, and test tool manufacturers. At the Event, various companies, including the undersigned Participant may test interoperability of their products with those of other companies in attendance.
The Event. ORGANIZER is producing, promoting and presenting the FIESTA 2017 in streets of downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on September 23, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “Event”).

The Event. 3.1 The Parties agree the Event will be named the EVENT NAME . The LOC further agrees to not give names to the Event other than those mentioned in this section.
The Event. For the purpose of this Agreement, and unless TAB notifies Sponsor to the contrary, TAB is the owner and organizer of the Event. TAB shall reasonably endeavor to have the Event take place on the date(s), at the time(s) and at the location(s) specified in this Agreement.
The Event. 5.1. The times of the Event are set out in the Venue Hire Agreement. Bar service must finish 30 minutes prior to the end of the permit. On weekdays this is 01:00 AM and on Weekends this is 03:00 AM. Extra opening hours can be arranged – this needs to be addressed by the booking and can be declined.
The Event. University and Promoter shall co-present the following event (the “Event”) on the Xxxxxxx Family Stage in Northrop (the “Venue”):
