The City retains its rights to change insurance carriers or to have its insurance provided by a third party administrator provided that such change shall result in coverage that is substantially similar to that in effect on the effective date of this Agreement.

  • County Responsibilities 5.1 The COUNTY shall designate a COUNTY staff member to act as COUNTY’s Project Manager.
