Testing and Certification. 8.1 Upon completion of installation of the Equipment, Seller shall perform prescribed tests to determine that the Equipment is operating in conformance with the Specifications.

Upon completion of installation of the Equipment, Company shall perform prescribed tests to determine that the Equipment is operating in conformance with Company's published performance specifications for the Equipment and any other requirements agreed to by the parties (hereinafter "Specifications"), a copy of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit C. A three conductor (grounded) power cord, no less than 18 AWG, with an approved hospital grade plug cap, is required. For portable or mobile equipment, the power cord is to be permanently attached; if portable equipment is provided without a permanently attached power cord, Buyer may, in its discretion, attach such permanent cord. Said modification to the Equipment will not affect the Warranty provided hereunder. Grounding resistance is to be less than 0.5 ohms to any exposed conductive surface. Leakage current is to be no more than 50 microamperes (10 microamperes if the Equipment is specified as being patient-isolated) between any patient lead and ground or any other patient lead, with the Equipment on or off, grounded or ungrounded, and correct or reversed polarity. When Company is satisfied that the Equipment is operating in conformance with the Specifications, Company shall produce, document and present to Buyer operational verification data (hereinafter "Equipment Turnover"). In the event the Equipment or any feature or option thereof requires certification under Federal law, Company will complete and file all necessary reports regarding Company's manufacture, assembly, installation or other activity relating to the Equipment.
Testing and Certification. EVNEXUS and its supplying partners have been certified by different government bodies and necessary approvals and certifications have been attained such as National Automotive Board (NBA), Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT), Global Automotive Research Centre (GARC), and Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR). EVNEXUS also aims at becoming one of the eligible partners for Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Electric Vehicles in India scheme (FAME II) with government of India to subsidize the EVs for its customers.
Testing and Certification. (a) The IESO shall evaluate the ASP’s performance as it relates to Regulation Service through the testing specified in Schedule 2 of this Agreement.

Testing and Certification. The Client recognizes that the opinions and findings of CSA represent its judgment given with due consideration to this type of Certification, the necessary limitations of practical operation and in accordance with CSA’s objects and purposes and agrees that CSA does not warrant or guarantee its opinions or that its findings will be recognized or accepted by third parties. The Client agrees to accept the opinions and findings of CSA. Detailed test results arising from Services provided under this Agreement will not be divulged to the Client or to any other person or persons except with the mutual consent of the Client and CSA or as otherwise provided in Section 4.0. The Client recognizes that many tests specified in the Requirements may be inherently dangerous and except when injury or damage results solely from negligence on the part of CSA’s personnel, the Client agrees that CSA neither assumes nor accepts any responsibility for any injury or damage to the Client’s or third parties’ property or personnel that may occur during or as a result of tests or examination at the Client’s facilities.

A-21.01 Tenant shall reimburse Landlord within five (5) days of receipt of a bill from Landlord for all testinx xxd certifications for any mechanical and electrical devices contained within the Demised Premises and/or the Building, including but not limited to an RPZ (Back Flow Preventer).

Applicant recognizes that many tests specified in the FCC requirements may be inherently hazardous and agrees that CKC CS neither assumes nor accepts any responsibility for any injury or damage to Applicants property or personnel that may occur during or as a result of tests, whether performed in whole or in part by Applicant or CKC CS, and whether or not any device, test equipment, facility or personnel for or in connection with the test is furnished by Applicant or CKC CS.
Testing and Certification. Prior to shipping any configuration of Philips-branded Personal TV System Boxes, Philips will provide such configuration to TiVo solely for testing and certification. Within two (2) weeks of receipt, TiVo shall test the configuration to verify that it conforms to the Specifications and properly enables the TiVo Service. If TiVo determines that such configuration does not so conform or enable, TiVo shall deliver prompt notice to Philips, in writing, setting forth the discovered nonconformities. TiVo shall provide all technical support, at no cost to Phillips, as necessary, to correct (or enable Philips to correct) such nonconformities. The process shall continue until such time as TiVo certifies that the configuration so conforms and enables. * Material has been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment.
