Termination Report will pay to Stanford all applicable royalties and submit to Stanford a written report within 90 days after the license terminates or expires. ***** will continue to submit earned royalty payments and reports to Stanford after the license terminates or expires, until all Licensed Products made or imported under the license have been sold.
Termination Report. Licensee shall pay to University all amounts due under this Agreement and submit to University a written report to include contact information for Sublicensees within 90 days after the Agreement terminates. Licensee will continue to submit royalty payments and reports after the license terminates, until all Licensed Products made or imported under the Agreement have been sold.

For each Licensed Product, MEDIMMUNE also agrees to make a written report to PDL within ninety (90) days after the date on which MEDIMMUNE, its Affiliates or sublicensees last sell that Licensed Product in the Territory stating in such report the same information required by quarterly reports for all such Licensed Products made, sold or otherwise disposed of which were not previously reported to PDL.

For each Licensed Product, GNE also agrees to make a written report to PDL within ninety (90) days after the date on which GNE, its Affiliates or sublicensees last sell or otherwise transfer that Licensed Product in the Territory stating in such report the same information required by quarterly reports for all such Licensed Products made, sold or otherwise disposed of which were not previously reported to PDL.
Termination Report. The Recipient must – within 60 days from when termination takes effect – submit a termination report, for the open reporting period under the KAVA(s) until termination, containing an overview of the progress of the work, the financial statement, the explanation on the use of resources, and if applicable, the certificate on the financial statement to the KIC LE. The KIC LE will calculate the amount that might be due to the Recipient on the basis of the report submitted and taking into account the costs incurred and contributions for KAVAs implemented before the end of work date (see Article 7 of this Agreement). Costs relating to contracts due for execution only after the end of work are not eligible. If the KIC LE does not receive the termination report within the deadline, only costs and contributions which are included in an approved [periodic report] will be taken into account (no costs/contributions if no periodic report was ever approved). For the avoidance of doubt, after termination the Recipient shall also be obliged to provide further information, records and supporting documents in the context of checks, reviews, audits or investigations. .

Alnylam will continue to make reports after the license has expired, until all Licensed Product produced under the license have been sold or destroyed. Concurrent with the submittal of each post-termination report, Alnylam will pay [**] all applicable royalties.
