Tenant's Waiver of Notices. Landlord shall not be required to give Tenant a notice of default, or an opportunity to correct any default. Xxxxxx also waives the right to receive a "notice to quit" or "notice to vacate" from Landlord. This means Landlord is not required to notify Tenant to remove from (leave) the Apartment. Landlord may give Tenant a termination notice (but Landlord is not obligated to give that notice). If given, the termination notice will state the date the Term will end. Tenant must leave the Apartment and give Landlord the keys on or before the termination date. Xxxxxx continues to be responsible as stated in this Lease.
