Telephone and Facsimile Numbers. All telephone and facsimile numbers used by each Seller, including, but not limited to, those telephone and facsimile numbers listed on Schedule 1(g)(i) and Schedule 1(g)(ii) attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes;
Telephone and Facsimile Numbers. Shareholder and Seller shall have delivered to Buyer letters from Shareholder and Seller addressed to Seller's telephone companies instructing such companies to transfer to Buyer the telephone and fax numbers of Seller and Shareholder relating to the Business at the Acquired Sites. Shareholder and Seller will direct all calls made to the Other Sites and relating to the Business to Buyer at the telephone numbers provided by Buyer for such purpose.
Telephone and Facsimile Numbers. The right to use the telephone and facsimile machine numbers assigned to Seller's places of business in Illinois;

Telephone and Facsimile Numbers. The Selling Parties shall file or provide the Buyers information required for the Buyers to file a change form with the applicable phone company, including billing information, related to each phone and facsimile number of the Sellers set forth in Section 1.01(q) of the Disclosure Letter in order to authorize the applicable phone company to transfer such numbers to the applicable Buyer as of the close of Business on the date immediately preceding the Closing Date and thereafter shall promptly take such reasonable additional actions of the Sellers as are required to transfer ownership of such numbers to the applicable Buyer. The Buyers shall take all steps required to be taken by the Buyers by the applicable Buyer’s phone company in order to permit transfer of such telephone and facsimile numbers as of the Closing Date; provided, however, that in the event the applicable phone company is unable to transfer any such numbers to the applicable Buyer as of the close of business on the Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the applicable Seller shall, pending the effectiveness of such transfer, promptly forward any such calls or data received by such Seller in a manner reasonably acceptable to applicable Buyer to a phone or facsimile number, as applicable, provided by such Buyer at least one (1) Business Day prior to the Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date.
Telephone and Facsimile Numbers. (a) Upon a Pharmacy’s Closing, Seller shall have arranged (with such cooperation from Buyer as set forth herein) for remote call forwarding for all patients, doctors, and fax telephone lines of the Pharmacy to a drug store or other location designated by Buyer for a period of no less than 90 days following Closing. For the period starting on the 91st day following Closing and ending on the 180th day following Closing, Seller shall disconnect existing telephone and fax lines and terminate any existing telephone or fax account for such Pharmacy. Seller shall arrange for call referral for all calls to the number so canceled to a drug store or other location designated by Buyer for a period of 90 days. The cost of the foregoing shall be borne 50% by Buyer and 50% by Seller; provided that in no event shall Buyer be required to incur in excess of $10,000. Buyer shall cooperate in the establishment of such call forwarding for each Pharmacy’s telephone and facsimile numbers to the Buyer’s designated pharmacy telephone and facsimile numbers as set forth in this Section 5.10.
