Teaching Staff Requirements on Campus a. Ensuring that the Teaching Staff hired provide direct services solely to children enrolled in the State Public Charter School Early Learning Program in the charter schools, and shall be provided time for co- planning and team meetings regarding child learning, instructional practices, and other aspects of the SCHOOL’s implementation of the State Public Charter School Early Learning Program in the charter schools (Act 210, Section 4, SLH 2021 per new section identified as HRS § 302D-39); and
