Systems Interface. The Contractor or its designated sub-contractor shall take all steps necessary, as determined by EOHHS, to ensure that the Contractor’s systems are always able to interface with the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), the Virtual Gateway, and other EOHHS IT applications.

Systems Interface. Xxxxxx and MoneyGram will establish a systems interface that allows for processing of cash loads either: a) directly between MoneyGram's and Xxxxxx'x proprietary systems or b) through a third party processor which shall process the cash loads and/or transfer information between MoneyGram's and Xxxxxx'x proprietary systems. If the parties elect to use a third party processor and the arrangement with the third party processor terminates, either: a new relationship with a different third party processor will be established; or the parties will provide information to each other sufficient to establish a direct interface between their proprietary systems, subject to the confidentiality agreement in Section 16 below. Xxxxxx and MoneyGram shall agree, in a separate writing, which third party processor shall be used.

Systems Interface. (a) The Company and Capital agree to maintain in effect the existing telecommunications and computer linkages (including, without limitation, telecommunications and computer linkages relating to voice messaging, electronic written messaging, remote terminal document retrieval, and data storage and retrieval) between the Company Entities and Capital Entities that facilitate (x) the accessing by the Capital Entities of information with respect to Customer and Authorized Dealer locations, Product delivery, location, installation and servicing, SBU sales force performance and related matters, (y) the accessing by the Company Entities and the SBUs of information with respect to terms of or rates for Financings and Ancillary Services, acceptance, billing and payment status and credit and collection information and, to the extent such information is available to the Capital Entities, information with respect to Customer and Authorized Dealer locations and Product delivery, location, installation and servicing, and (z) the integration of funds transfers between the Company Entities and Capital Entities with their respective invoicing and accounting systems in connection with the provision by the Capital Entities of Financings and Ancillary Services with respect to Products.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.

  • Contract Management To ensure full performance of the Contract and compliance with applicable law, the System Agency may take actions including:

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Data Access Services State Street agrees to make available to the Fund the Data Access Services subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and such data access operating standards and procedures as may be issued by State Street from time to time. The Fund shall be able to access the System to (i) originate electronic instructions to State Street in order to (a) effect the transfer or movement of cash or securities held under custody by State Street or (b) transmit accounting or other information (the transactions described in (i)(a) and (i)(b) above are referred to herein as “Client Originated Electronic Financial Instructions”), and (ii) access data for the purpose of reporting and analysis, which shall all be deemed to be Data Access Services for purposes of this Addendum.
