SUBSCRIBER APPLICATION. In order to access the Arlington CCT Secure Remote Access database, each Subscriber must complete an application. Applications must be signed by an attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or must be accompanied by a signed court order showing that the Subscriber has been admitted pro hac vice in a case pending in the Arlington Circuit Court at the time the application is submitted. The application must be approved by the Secure Remote Access Administrator in order to gain access to the database. The subscriber application is set forth in Attachment A. One application is required for each attorney desiring access to the Arlington CCT Secure Remote Access database. Applications can be submitted to the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in person, by mail, or electronically at the following address: Office of the Circuit Court Clerk 0000 X. The application must be approved by the Secure Remote Access Administrator, and a User ID and password issued, in order to gain access to the database. The subscriber application is set forth in Attachment A.

  • Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.

  • Subscriber Information Please print your individual or entity name and address. Joint subscribers should provide their respective names. Your name and address will be recorded exactly as printed below.

  • - PROTECTION OF SUBSCRIBER PRIVACY (a) The Licensee shall respect the rights of privacy of every Subscriber and/or User of the Cable Television System and shall not violate such rights through the use of any device or Signal associated with the Cable Television System, and as hereafter provided.

  • Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.

  • Mobile Subscriber Information You authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account, such as subscriber status, payment method and device details, if available, to support identity verification, fraud avoidance and other uses in support of transactions for the duration of your business relationship with us. This information may also be shared with other companies to support your transactions with us and for identity verification and fraud avoidance purposes.

  • Subscribers identification and contact data (name, date of birth, gender, general, occupation or other demographic information, address, title, contact details, including email address), personal interests or preferences (including purchase history, marketing preferences and publically available social media profile information); IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies data, online navigation data, location data, browser data); financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).

  • Software Subscription Supported Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat does not provide Subscription Services for this Software when used on a Physical Node that is not a server. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is supported solely when used as the host operating system for running Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform or when used as the guest operating system with virtual machines created and managed with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is currently the only supported operating system for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform for Controller Nodes Red Hat does not provide Subscription Services for the Software when used on a Physical Node that is not a server. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is supported solely when used as the host operating system for running Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is currently the only supported operating system for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. You must purchase the appropriate third party license and/or subscription for the operating system and other software running on each virtual machine on the Physical Node. Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform for Atom Red Hat does not provide Subscription Services for the Software when used on a Physical Node that is not a server running an Intel Atom processor. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is supported solely when used as the host operating system for running Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. Red Hat Enterprise Linux is currently the only supported operating system for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform.
