Subcontract Language. It is the Contractor’s sole responsibility to ensure that its subcontractors performing services under this Contract are meeting the requirements below and as otherwise outlined in this Contract when providing services to patients, clients, or persons seeking assistance, which include but are not limited to:
Subcontract Language. Consultant agrees to include the language in Section 29.15.1 in each subcontract financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA. It is further agreed that the clause shall not be modified, except to identify the sub-consultant who will be subject to its provisions.
