Connect HLA2 with mission-aligned organizations to bring in new and emerging practices in areas such as literacy instruction; Israel studies; education technology; Hebrew language acquisition; and diverse schools. Assist HLA2 in evaluating program effectiveness, both generally and with a focus on distinct subgroups such as students with special needs, English language learners, and students from low-income families.
