Student attendance and placement. The Charter School shall ensure that no student committed to the custody of the Office of Juvenile Affairs shall be denied admission to the Charter School on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, proficiency in the English language, religious preference or lack thereof, income, aptitude or academic ability. In addition, the Charter School shall ensure student placement is conducted in accordance with the Charter School's admission policies and procedures attached hereto as "Attachment 7."
