Structured Deposits. 6.1 The terms and conditions of each Structured Deposit shall be agreed prior to its commencement, either orally or in writing, and confirmed in an Applicable Agreement. You shall if required by us, execute and return such Applicable Agreement to us forthwith, and in any event, within such time period as may be specified by us.

Structured Deposits. 72. Unlike traditional Deposits, Structured Deposits have an investment element. The returns on such Structured Deposits are variable and not guaranteed, and are usually contingent on the performance of one or more relevant Underlying. Structured Deposits are also not insured deposits for the purposes of the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act. Structured Deposits cover a wide range of investment products and may include range deposits and such like products. Prior to entering into any Investment or Transaction involving Structured Deposits, you should read and understand all the relevant terms and conditions of, and the risks associated with, such Structured Deposits and ensure that such investments are suitable for you.

  • WITHDRAWALS AND DEPOSITS Unless You have made other arrangements with Us, amounts credited to Your Account as a result of deposits using the Debit Card will not be available for withdrawal until the deposits are verified and negotiable items such as cheques are paid. Withdrawals or transfers effected by the use of the Debit Card will be debited to Your Account at the time they are made. You will not deposit any coins or worthless, counterfeit or fraudulent items to Your Account, into any ATM, or using Your Mobile Device, and will pay to Us any damages, costs or losses suffered by Us as a result of any such deposit.

  • Cooperative Deposits On a basis of cooperation or assistance (16 USC 572) and by a written agreement, Forest Service shall perform all or portions of the work that Purchaser is obligated to perform under this contract, as well as furnish other services in connection with activities under this contract. When Forest Service is to perform such work, Purchaser shall make one or more deposits to cover the estimated cost of the work. On re- quest of Purchaser, Forest Service shall render monthly accounts, as may be specified in such agreement.

  • Returned Deposits Any credit to your account for checks deposited using Mobile Deposit is provisional. If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected, returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, you agree that an original check will not be returned to you and that we may charge back the amount of the original check and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check, or a substitute check. You will reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by, or relating to, the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to deposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.

  • Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • Commingling and Investment The Trustee is expressly authorized in its discretion:

  • Reportable Account 3. If the entity Account Holder is: (i) a U.S. Person that is not a Specified U.S. Person; (ii) subject to subparagraph C.4 of this section, an Irish Financial Institution or other Partner Jurisdiction Financial Institution; (iii) a participating FFI, a deemed-compliant FFI, an exempt beneficial owner, or an excepted FFI, as those terms are defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations; (iv) an Active NFFE; or (v) a Passive NFFE none of the Controlling Persons of which is a U.S. citizen or resident, then the account is not a U.S. Reportable Account and no reporting is required with respect to the account.

  • Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Deposit Accounts Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall maintain any Deposit Accounts, or accounts holding Investment Property, except with respect to which Lender has an Account Control Agreement.
